While perusing Yahoo! News today, I came across an article that outlined America’s 10 Dirtiest Cities. I was pleasantly surprised that Detroit was NOT on this list. While we may be one of the most crime-ridden or abandoned cities, Detroit is not on the top 10 dirtiest list. And this made me smile.
